Whichever programme you choose, getting in follows the same clear path: choose, get placed, enroll, pay, and confirm. Here is everything you need before you begin.
It takes about two minutes online. Most of the waiting is for us to confirm your payment, which is usually within a few hours.

Madrasah students take an online placement test for the level they are applying to, marked instantly with a 70% pass mark; Rawdah and Tamheedi need only a short conversation. Circle students begin with a diagnostic assessment. This is how each class fits the student, not the other way round.

Transfer the plan's fee to our Wema Bank account. The exact account and amount are shown on the last step of the form.
The form opens WhatsApp with a message already written for your plan. Attach your receipt and send, and we confirm your place.
Some programmes simply need the right age or level. The Madrasah has admission scores, set out in full below.

| Awwal Ibtidā’iyyah | 75% | Recognise and pronounce the Arabic letters, read simple words, write letters and simple words, and basic knowledge of Ṣalāh, Ṭahārah and manners. |
| Thāniyah Ibtidā’iyyah | 80% | 10 Hadeeth of an-Nawawī, familiarity with short texts and adhkār, reading Arabic letters and words, and a basic understanding of manners, worship and creed. |
| Thālithah Ibtidā’iyyah | 85% | The whole Forty Hadeeth of an-Nawawī, the whole of al-Uṣūl ath-Thalāthah, the introductory portion of Durūs al-Lughah al-ʿArabiyyah, and reasonable reading fluency. |
| Rābiʿah Ibtidā’iyyah | 90% | The whole Forty Hadeeth of an-Nawawī, al-Uṣūl ath-Thalāthah, the Lāmiyyah of Ibn Taymiyyah, the prescribed Dīwān of Imām ash-Shāfiʿī, the first series of Durūs completed, and fluent reading with correct basic writing. |
| Awwal Iʿdādiyyah | 90% | The Forty Aḥādīth of an-Nawawī, al-Uṣūl ath-Thalāthah, Lāmiyyah of Ibn Taymiyyah, the prescribed Dīwān of Imām ash-Shāfiʿī, both series of Durūs, and strong Arabic reading and writing. These are non-negotiable. |
